Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative motion graphics and video content specifically for social media platforms. Focus on creating dynamic, engaging content that resonates with a sports-focused audience and drives interaction on social media platforms.
  • Crafting videos from scratch and editing highlights for social media.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and objectives. Ensure that all motion design content is cohesive with overall brand messaging and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with external agencies and suppliers to ensure that all elements of social media campaigns are integrated and executed smoothly. This includes coordinating with content creators, digital marketers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality, timely content.
  • Manage the workflow of all motion design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve the desired impact.
  • Contribute to the development of content strategies that leverage motion design to enhance digital engagement. This involves understanding audience preferences and the latest digital trends to create visually appealing and strategically sound content.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content, using insights to refine and optimize future motion design projects. Engage in regular feedback loops with the community management team to understand audience responses and adjust content strategies accordingly.
  • Regularly report to the PMO, providing updates on project progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in art direction or graphic design, demonstrating a successful track record of visual creativity and execution in advertising or related fields.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, campaign conceptualization, and visual storytelling.
  • Motion design, video making, short video creation.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively under the guidance of a PMO.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Working Conditions:
  • This position will operate on a hybrid work model, requiring some days at the client’s office (São Paulo, capital) and other days working from home.
  • Must be prepared to issue invoices as a registered business (PJ).
Start Date:
  • The expected start date for this position is October
