THE OPPORTUNITY

Based in São Paulo, the Senior Analytics Manager (Marketing) will report to the Director of Enterprise Martech and Analytics. This person will be responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of different marketing channels and touchpoints, determining key performance indicators, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting on success to senior leaders of the Marketing and Commercial organization. 
YOUR IMPACT
  • Provide insights on marketing campaign performance and return on investment;
  • Develop and enhance the framework for enterprise marketing budget / spend allocation for all customer acquisition channels;
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations and Commercial Finance teams to develop models for use in forecasting, CAC, LTV, and ROI measurement;
  • Develop and maintain data and reporting processes, promoting data integrity best practices for maintaining a healthy database;
  • Create and monitor reporting dashboards;
  • Analyzing data and presenting trends, insights, and strategic recommendations;
  • Work closely with other sales and marketing teams, including growth, field marketing, product marketing, martech to understand the systems and data points applicable to each group, and to advise on areas for opportunity and collaboration in ingesting and tracking data;
  • Have a solid understanding of enterprise marketing, manage and report on marketing campaign tracking, including sources across multiple channels like web, social, email, live events, webinars.

WHO YOU ARE

  • BS or MS in a business-related or quantitative field (Economics, Math, Statistics, or equivalent);
  • Experience in consulting, data science, marketing analytics, or equivalent;
  • Experience in sales lifecycle at SaaS/Tech is a plus;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to communicate complex numbers into actionable insights;
  • Ability to track, measure, and report on results of various marketing functions to determine ROI;
  • Advanced in data segmentation and reporting within a CRM and Marketing Automation system (Salesforce and HubSpot are highly preferred);
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel and experience in Google Analytics;
  • A proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals, and the ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
