Oferecemos uma vaga para quem possui sólida experiência em gestão de projetos, especialmente em marketing e comunicação, com habilidade para liderar equipes e gerenciar múltiplos stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Planning and Execution: Direct the planning and execution of sports marketing and communication projects, ensuring they align with the client’s objectives and the expectations of the sports community.
- Team Management and Mentorship: Directly manage and mentor two mid-level team members: the Community Manager and the Creative Director. Provide guidance, introduce new tools, and optimize processes to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
- Project Management Frameworks: Develop and maintain robust project management frameworks that enhance workflow and ensure project deliverables are met timely and within budget.
- Stakeholder and Agency Management: Act as the primary liaison for all project-related communications, effectively managing stakeholder relationships across multiple channels. This includes orchestrating the collaboration with external agencies to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Regular Reporting: Systematically report project status to all relevant stakeholders, including internal leadership and external clients. Provide detailed updates and progress reports to ensure transparency and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Address challenges that arise during project execution with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline and quality.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong preference for backgrounds in the marketing and communications sector, especially within sports.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role managing cross-functional teams. Proven ability to mentor, guide, and enhance team capabilities.
- Communication Channels: Familiarity with managing projects across both traditional and digital sports communication channels, including social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Social Media and Content Creation: Strong understanding of social media dynamics and content creation strategies. Experience in overseeing the development and implementation of content across various platforms to maximize engagement and project visibility.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of leading projects to successful completion.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of crafting clear and persuasive communications for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- This position will operate on a hybrid work model, requiring some days at the client’s office (São Paulo, capital) and other days working from home.
- Must be prepared to issue invoices as a registered business (PJ).
- The expected start date for this position is October
