Candidate Profile:

• Proactive, communicative and a passionate gamer.
• Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor;
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures;
• Answer tickets to respond questions and solve players’ problems and consultations in the internal.

• Excellent written communication skills;
• Must be able to meet deadlines, maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service;
• Ability to work independently and perform tasks to completion within the parameters of the instructions provided prescribed routines and accepted standard practices;
• English is necessary for eventual meetings and communication with other departments.

Work Location: São Paulo/ SP
