Position Summary:
   The Coordinator, Marketing Partnerships supports the Global Marketing Partnerships team in both sponsorship activation and sponsorship sales by continuously developing and refining partnership activation strategies and researching and prospecting for new sponsorship targets in LATAM.
   As a Marketing Partnerships Coordinator, you will need to provide exceptional client service not only handling the execution of sponsorship deliverables but also a strategic view to understand the partner’s objectives and how the UFC can be a platform to achieve them. Other than servicing, this role develops relationships with potential new marketing partners in the region, and manages constant communication flow throughout the year to enable ongoing sales discussions and conversion of prospects into commercial opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  1. Provides exceptional client service, including execution of promised sponsorship deliverables, support  marketing objectives and drive business results, relationship building;
  2. Identify, pursue, and execute upsell and new sponsorship opportunities;
  3. Supports sponsor renewal process;
  4. Collaborate across departments (operations, production, licensing, digital, athlete relations, etc) for partners approvals;
  5. Tracks all assets, produces recaps, and reports via Account Plan;
  6. Produces proposals, manages introductory communications with potential partners, and integrates discussions with sales team in LATAM;
  7. Manages the UFC sales CRM in LATAM;
  8. Ability to travel internationally.
Skills & Experience:
  1. 5 + years experience in client servicing, advertising or sponsorship;
  2. Outstanding relationship building skills and result oriented;
  3. Strong organizational and reporting skills;
  4. Communicates effectively in meetings, presentations, e-mails, calls, etc;
  5. Problem solving mindset: ability to analyze risks, manage issues and find solutions;
  6. Ability to identify business opportunities and bring creativity to commercial discussions;
  7. Fluent in English (mandatory).
