What you will do

1 - Marketing

  • Responsible for creating the Annual Marketing Plan for Sports Med. in LatAm with a clear strategy and the following tactical activities to reach the Budget;
  • Prepare training and support to sales using literature, brochures and expositions of catalogue, along with publicity and similar materials;
  • Support KOL’s relationship together for Educational activities together with Medical Education team;
  • It is the first point of contact with plants appropriate to obtain information on the product and to inform the local market needs;
  • Indicators: Launchings of products in time / Monthly Results of the Line / Expenditures versus Budget / Number of training carried out per year.

2 - Support to the sales force

  • Support the sales team in large accounts, providing technical support and develop projects in accordance with the needs of the customers;
  • Provide technical training for Sales Rep and Scrub nurses from Stryker and Distributors;
  • Supplies competitive data and technical data in a timely manner to the sales force;
  • Develops key relations with the thought leaders of the industry/market, organizations and institutions, in order to know the needs of the market, opportunities and requirements;
  • Indicators: Annual results of the Line.

3 - Communication

  • Capacity to adapt and collaborate with Regional and Local teams;
  • Develop strong communication through Commercial teams in the Region;
  • Communicate with supporting areas: RA, Compliance, Finance and operations.
What you need
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Orthopedics knowledge and expertise. Knowledge in Sports Medicine is highly desired;
  • Microsoft Office knowledge;
  • English is desired;
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
