• The purposes of the company are:
• The provision of services of sports marketing;
• The provision of service of technical support and consulting to third parties, related to the production and commercialization of sports or informal fashion products;
• The provision of licensing or sublicensing services for intellectual property rights, including those obtained from other companies, clubs and official confederations, in Brazil or abroad;
• The development and design of sports or informal fashion products

ABOUT THE POSITION/RESPONSABILITIES:

• Manage KPIs and OTP projections with BI tools to expedite decision making;
• Drive the assessment, resolution and communication of significant delivery risk;
• Engage with factory leadership to address delivery/planning issues;
• Support factory capability building related to delivery excellence and operational execution;
• Lead to improve, optimize and standardize the best practice to maximize OTP and coverage;
• Engage in LR/PCS review and support LR Capacity strategy confirmation and Validation;
• Engage in Load Review and drive collaboration on solution review and execution;
• Assess Risk on new factory ramp-up/ramp-down and collaborate to address issues;
• Support execution of new projects/Programs at region level;
• Lead/support communication for strategic initiatives/ big program/issue communication;
• Lead/support project/best practice development & deployment;
• Support partner assessment in SSF (Agility) and partner capability building/elevation;
• Engage in Partner Management strategy review activities like WOE, QBR collaboration;
• Coach, lead, drive and inspire team members;
• Grow the next generation of leaders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Logistics experience;
• Flexible and adaptable to the changes;
• Travel <10%;
• Fluency in English/Portuguese and Excellent command of both written and spoken Spanish.
