We are targeting a creative thinker who will launch new programs to support our recruitment goals from candidate and hiring managers experience, cost-effective recruitment tools, on-boarding products, diversity initiatives and overall employer branding. DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?
- Implement and execute recruitment strategy to include internal and external searches, identifying top talent across multiple skill sets
- Effectively partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to drive local and global recruitment strategy
- Deliver best-in-class experience to both internal and external parties
- Proactive sourcing – Conduct market research ensuring an understanding of overall recruitment landscape
- Collaborate with global Recruitment and HR teams to share best practice, knowledge and talent pools
- Manage agency and third-party relationships
- Combination of In-house and agency recruitment experience (min 3 years)
- Multi-Lingual, fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish a big plus as well
- Knowledge of media production and/or broadcast and/or marketing hiring strategies
- Global recruitment experience – knowledge of visa restrictions, time zones and exposure to different cultures
- Proven success directly sourcing and adopting creative approaches to build candidate pipelines
- Expertise with specialist sourcing tools, social media strategies and writing complex search strings
