Business Operations Manager

What You'll Do:

• Spearhead key strategic initiatives across the company, aligning with broader goals and effectively scaling operations. You will partner with the Head of Business Operations & People and other leaders to define an approach. The initial focus will be on initiatives in the People, Brand & Comms space
• Manage and optimize operational routines, including staff meetings and all-hands sessions, ensuring they are effective and impactful
• Establish and implement a comprehensive metrics system to accurately measure and report team performance.
• Forge strong connections with senior leaders, acting as a key advisor and influencer in strategic decision-making
• Lead and mentor an analyst, overseeing the operational side of the team to deliver timely and significant results
• Efficiently manage and report on the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring milestones are met
• Oversee the change management process and ensure smooth handover of completed projects, when necessary
• Continually build knowledge about our company and the gaming industry to inform strategic decisions

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus
• 5-6 years of related experience in business operations, strategy or management consulting
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Demonstrated ability to use data in decision-making
• Strong track record of delivering outstanding results
• History of having successfully worked with (or managed) projects
• Strong communication skills, especially written, and approachability
