Cuattro seeks a Social & Community Specialist to our client, ASTRO Gaming. You will be working at the country level on adapting and executing the Global Social Media and Influencer Strategy, to raise brand awareness and build a fan base by creating an ongoing dialogue with the local gaming community through localized social media channels. The contractor will be pivotal in working with the country team to identify, recruit and manage influencers and/or brand ambassadors as part of the ASTRO Gaming Global Influencer Program.

As our Social and Community Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Social Media Management

  • Creation of content for country specific ASTRO Gaming social media accounts which is relevant to the local community and/or audience.
  •  Repurpose or simple reposting of content created from our global accounts
  • Actively build our localized social account followers by using provided and independently created localized content following brand social strategies.
  • Translate, edit, and integrate global content into local language as required.
  • Collaborate using local social media accounts with appropriate third party partners to interact with relevant posts and queries.
  • Assist with the execution of Global Product Launches, and Local Marketing Campaigns via localized social channels aligned with overarching brand & conversion strategies.
  • Reporting new trends, assessing, and advising of local activities and opportunities to be involved in the local markets.

Influencer Management

  • Proactively drive product seeding for Community promotions, events, Influencers for brand awareness and/or reviews in the designated local market with alignment with the regional team.
  • Seek, create, develop, and maintain community focused relationships with relevant local brand ambassadors for content websites and platforms such as, but not limited to: Youtube, Twitter, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, and other content platforms relevant to local gaming communities.
  • Work with local team to identify and recruit more influencers and/or brand ambassadors for our Global influencer program, expanding a positive, engaged, inclusive, and diverse influencer team across their country.
  • Maintain and support day-to-day needs and requests from our influencer to ensure that they: have regular and open communication with the brand; are informed on product details, specs, or other needs for information; receive initial, replacement, NPI, or community prizing as requested and that these requests are evaluated and fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Monitor regular content produced by approved influencers, provide feedback on branded content, and provide a monthly recap of current highlights and lowlights to the relevant local team, but also to regional and global teams. 

 

Event & Marketing Support

  • Assist local team or regional team as needed with events selection, planning, and execution.
  • Organization of Requests, Delivery, and Collection of Loan Equipment to utilize at events with other companies, organizers, or activities within the country of designation.
  • Collaboratively define the strategy and execution of social cross-promotion plans to ensure event and tradeshow integrations with external partners or agencies.
  • Represent the ASTRO brand as a local key contact at tradeshows and events. Assisting staff with local activations and interacting with the gaming community in-person where ASTRO is represented.
  • Event Content Management
  • Create a social strategy and plan around approved and supported events, tradeshows, and tournaments that we participate indirectly or through partners.
  • Attend Events and oversee a photographer and/or take Photos/Video to build Social Exposure ensuring we are creating content to promote awareness of our participation.
  • Ensure that there is alignment and approval at local and regional level for each event involvement strategy
  • Reporting new trends, assessing, and advising of local activities and opportunities to be involved in the local markets.

You must bring the following skills:

  • Proficiency with Social Media Management and Analytics tools
  • Proven record of building professional relationships with gaming content creators and influencers
  • 3+ years of experience in Community management of communities bigger than 10K followers
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken, additional languages will be a plus
  • Self-motivated, passionate and high energy level
  • A problem solver able to bring structure and creative solutions to a dynamic work environment while maintaining sense of urgency and quality around deliverables
  • Passion for gaming and good understanding of the local community.
